FLOE Optometry started with an idea of an optometry office devoted to serving others. We strive to convey this message in every aspect of patient interaction. We give back to the underserved with our profit and our time regularly. Whether it’s in Mexico or locally in South Central Los Angeles, if there’s a need we will go. This is made possible by our partnership with our patients who support us every time they purchase glasses or tell their friends about us. Everyone on the FLOE team is committed to treating others as friends and providing the best eye care experience. We are excited for the future and thank you for being part of our journey in making a significant impact!

OUR TESTIMONIALS

Haven't gotten an eye exam in a long time but I chose this place based on word of mouth and the yelp reviews. Very well organized, easy online appointment set up. The staff made everything go very smoothly explaining what my coverage was etc. Dr. Cho's exam was very thorough and efficient. Looks like I found an eye doctor to get an annual check up at.

They are the BESTEST !!! Meghan (taught me to wear my contacts- I bet I was the most difficult student lol. But she never gave up on me) and Daisy (very helpful and goes that extra mile) are two of the most amazing people we have known. They go out of their way to help people with everything from appointments to transactions and so many other things. They are very personable and care about their customers. Dr. Chiu is of course on of the best ophthalmologists in town.

Amazing service & great staff. DR. Cho was very honest & helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed (:

OUR SERVICES
Comprehensive eye exam
Basically a “physical” of your eyes. It screens for all diseases, checks vision, and finds all refractive error for glasses needs.
Soft contact lens exam
Exam to check vision & health with contact lenses. Determines what size and type of contact lenses are best for you. Finds your contact lens prescription.
Hard contact lens exam
Similar to the soft contact lens exam but with hard contact lenses. Generally requires more follow up visits as we use custom-made hard contact lenses to fit your unique eyes.
Orthokeratology contact lens exam
More popularly known as overnight contact lenses. This exam is a non-surgical procedure using specially customized contact lenses to reshape the curvature of the eye to improve vision and help reduce myopia progression.
Glaucoma work up and follow up
Exam includes tests needed to diagnose, treat and/or manage glaucoma.
Pre and Post-op LASIK exam
Evaluate all pre and post LASIK needs including monitoring to ensure your eyes are not worsening refractively.
Medical eye exam
Exam includes any non-routine needs like sudden pain in eyes or waking up with red & swollen eyes. Basically anything you probably self-diagnosed on WebMD and want a second opinion on.
Dry eye treatment
When your eyes feel like it’s always in the desert when the rest of you is in beautiful weathered southern California, this would be your solution.
Low vision evaluation
When regular glasses just don’t work and you have an eye disease that prevents you from seeing well, there may be a solution for you which can be assessed with this exam.
